Use the formatting toolbar
The Process Map Designer includes a formatting toolbar at the top of the canvas in design mode.
The toolbar provides access to visual formatting properties without requiring navigation to the attributes panel.
The toolbar contains these control groups:
- Shape:
- Fill color
- Border color
- Border width
- Width
- Height
- Opacity
- Text:
- Font family
- Font size
- Bold
- Italic
- Font color
- Text alignment
- Line:
- Color
- Weight
- Style
- Type
- Connector endpoints
Controls that don't apply to the selected element remain visible, but they are greyed out and not available for selection.
Tip: Click the button to access rotation and corner radius settings.
When no element is selected, changes made in the toolbar are applied as default formatting settings for new elements.
The page header above the toolbar shows: the diagram type, an editable name field, and the folder path for saved diagrams.
Note: Visual formatting properties are no longer available in the attributes panel.
