Enabling GenAI features through CloudSuite Self-Service Portal

To enable the GenAI Embedded Experience for Infor Process Intelligence, the feature must be toggled on in CloudSuite Self-Service Portal (CSSP).

You must have the Admin role in CSSP to enable features. By default, your company's administrators listed in Infor Concierge will have this role in CSSP.

Configuring the GenAI agents for process modeling

Before designers can create and edit BPMN diagrams with the Infor GenAI Chat Assistant, you must import a focus mode and a set of agents in the Infor GenAI portal. Until the import is complete, the AI assistant cannot successfully run process modeling actions.

The required configuration files are attached under the KB for the Process Intelligence here: Infor Process Intelligence Cloud Updates.

These are the required files:

  • File: Process Intelligence focus mode

    Description: Scopes the assistant to Infor Process Intelligence so that the process modeling agents are used for requests about folders and BPMN models.

  • File: BPMN Generation Agent

    Description: Generates new BPMN diagrams and adjusts generated diagrams.

  • File: BPMN Update Agent

    Description: Applies updates to existing BPMN diagrams.

  • File: Folder Information Agent

    Description: Returns information about folders and models in Process Designer.

To import the configuration:

  1. In Infor GenAI, select Factory > Focus Modes .
  2. Click Import and add the Process Intelligence focus mode file.
  3. Select Factory > Agents.
  4. Click Import and add the three agent files.
    Note: 

    Import the focus mode before you import the agents.

    After the import is complete, users with the IPI-ModelerDesigner or IPI-ModelerAdmin role can use the assistant for BPMN modeling. For details about the supported operations, see the Infor Process Intelligence User Guide.

Enabling all GenAI features for all tenants

  1. In CloudSuite Self-Service Portal, select Features from the side menu.
  2. From the Feature Type list, select GenAI.
  3. Click the Bulk Action button in line with the Feature Type list.
  4. From the Bulk Option list, select Enable All.
  5. Click Save.

Enabling all GenAI features for a specific tenant

  1. In CloudSuite Self-Service Portal, select Features from the side menu.
  2. From the Feature Type list, select GenAI.
  3. From the Tenant list, select the tenant for which to enable the GenAI features.
  4. Click the Bulk Action button in line with the Feature Type list.
  5. From the Bulk Option list, select Enable All.
  6. Click Save.

Enabling selected features

  1. In CloudSuite Self-Service Portal, select Features from the side menu.
  2. From the Feature Type list, select GenAI.
  3. From the Tenant list, select the tenant for which to enable the GenAI features.
  4. Under GenAI Embedded Experience, locate the rows for the GENAI and Infor Process Intelligence applications. Enable the features by selecting the check box.
    Enabling GENAI activates the LLM Passthrough APIs and Prompt Catalog functionality. These are required for the GenAI Embedded Experience to operate correctly.
  5. Click Save.

Available features

The GenAI Embedded Experience feature enables these features for GenAI:

  • Prompt Catalog
  • LLM Passthrough APIs
  • Process Summary in Process Mining
  • GenAI Assistant for Process Modeling (uses the Modeling MCP API to create and update BPMN models with AI agents)
