Loading data for multiple processes

  1. To load multiple processes at the same time, on the Data Selection page, click all process cards that you want to load.
    The card displays a visual selection indicator.
  2. Click Load data on the toolbar.
    The system loads all selected processes with Process Data Configuration saved for that processes.

    If no configuration exists, the system applies default settings:

    • All objects
    • All events, up to 50 for an object
    • The first 15 attributes for the object
    While the system processes the load request, the Process Data Configuration edit icon on the process cards is not available. The icon is again available after the load response is received.
    The Load process button is available when:
    • You select at least one process card
    • The processes contain allocated cases and the number of allocated cases is greater than zero
    Note: If no cases are allocated, you must allocate cases before you load the process. See Allocate cases for details.
