Generate Page Summary

The Page Summary feature provides an overview of all the data within a page, with the these limitations and behaviors:

  • A summary is automatically generated after each data load and saved as the default summary for all existing pages. For pages added after the data load, or if the summary generation fails during data load, the page summary is generated the first time Process Summary on the Page tab is clicked and is then saved as the default.
  • If one or more filters are applied at any level, clicking Process Summary on the Page tab always generates a new page summary regardless of whether a default summary already exists.

To generate a summary for a page:

  1. Click Process Summary on the Page tab.
  2. A side panel opens and a summary is displayed. The summary highlights key insights from the data. This helps you to grasp the most important process details quickly.
  3. Click Refresh to generate a new summary.
  4. Click Close to close the panel.
