Working with folders

The Content Explorer displays the available folders in a tree view on the left side. On the right side, you can see the contents of a selected folder in a tiles view or a grid view.

In grid view, you can order folder contents in a specific sequence. This sequence is then used during document generation and when the folder tree is displayed in other dialog boxes.

One or more folders are created by Infor while provisioning standard content. Infor Process Catalog folders are locked for editing. They are marked with a red lock icon, and their content is read-only.

To edit the standard content, you must create a duplicate copy of the locked folders. See Folder Context Menu for details about the duplicate functionality and Working with locked folders for details about locked folders.

You can also add new folders and create custom content, see Adding folders and Actions on the folder contents for details.

You can enable assisted modeling for a main folder to select registry entries from a predefined category when adding new content, such as subfolders, BPMN models, or process maps. This helps keep content organized. See Assisted modeling for details.
