Insight Prompt Editor

To generate a Process Summary, a prompt must be provided. For the Insight generation, you need:

  • An Insight Prompt.
  • A Page Prompt for each page included in the Insight.

A default prompt is provided for both Insights and Pages, which can be edited by Insights Designers.

To edit an Insight Prompt:

  1. Click Process Summary in the application header.
  2. Click on the Prompt Editor button in the Process Summary panel. The Insight Prompt Editor modal opens.
  3. Edit the prompt. Prompt is mandatory.

  4. Click Apply to apply the changes to the prompt.
  5. Click Save Insight to save the prompt.
    Note: After the prompt is applied, if the user clicks Process Summary or Refresh, a new summary is immediately generated with the new prompt. But it is recommended to always save the Insight to save the prompt permanently.
