Adding conformance violations

To add a new violation:

  1. Click the Conformance Violations icon on the application toolbar.
  2. In the dialog box that opens, you can specify:
    Type
    Type of violation is mandatory.
    Name
    The name in combination with the type is used to identify the violation uniqueness, and they are displayed in the left side panel of the modal. The name cannot exceed 50 characters.
  3. Based on the selected type, configure the violation. See Configuring Conformance Violations chapter for more details.
  4. Click Save to save the violation’s details. The newly added violation is now displayed in the list on the left side panel of the modal. To edit a conformance violation, you can open the same dialog box by clicking the violation in the left side panel. To add a new violation when another violation is open, click New Violation. A new empty form is opened, and new violation can be configured.
