Preferences
As an administrator, you can configure preferences that affect application behavior for all users in the tenant.
Preferences are managed centrally and apply globally across the tenant.
Use the setting on the Preferences page to control how diagrams are shown in the Process Viewer:
- ON: Diagrams open in full screen mode.
- OFF: Diagrams open in diagram mode.
The default value for this setting is OFF.
