Deployment failed
If the deployment fails, check the error log for CSSP.
Error: Import failed due to missing data
Process Intelligence checks for the completeness of the content to be imported. If the package to be imported is corrupt, for instance there are references to missing models, registry entries images, and so on, the import fails.
Error: Content already exists on the target tenant, and is locked
With Process Intelligence, standard Infor content is delivered as CloudSuite specific Industry Process Catalogs (IPC). This content is provisioned upon application deployment and is locked. You cannot move locked content through local packages. If a package contains content that would overwrite a locked IPC, a validation error occurs and importing this package fails.
Error: Concurrent import
When the import of a local package with Process Intelligence content is already in progress for the same target tenant, an error is reported, and the deployment of the current package is halted. Try again later.
Warning: CloudSuite conflict
If the CloudSuite contained in the local package being deployed already exists in the target tenant, a warning stating that the CloudSuite will be overwritten is logged. This warning does not stop the deployment.
