Creating a custom process

To create a new custom Process:

  1. Click the + Add New button in the application header.
  2. In the dialog box that opens, specify this information:
    Process name
    This name is used to identify the Process and is displayed on the Process tile on the Process Overview page. The Process name is mandatory, must be unique, and cannot exceed 50 characters.
    Description
    The description is optional and is displayed on the Process tile on the Process Overview page. The description cannot exceed 250 characters.
    Icon
    Select a predefined icon or import your own SVG icon file. The icon is displayed on the Process tile on the Process Overview page. If no icon is specified, the default folder icon is displayed.
  3. Click Save to save the Process details. The newly added Process is displayed as the first tile on the Process Overview page. To edit a Process, you can open the same dialog box by clicking More Actions and selecting Edit from the item specific menu.
