Process Insights

Click the Process Insights menu option to view the industry-specific business insights.

The Process Insights section of the application is displayed if you have a license for process mining.

Process Insights are the main component of the Process Mining platform. Process data are mined and used for displaying the real process flow, overlaying the modeled process flow to help spot inconsistencies and deviations. The user can change the dimension of analysis by filtering based on specific attributes.

Process Insights are built for each CloudSuite, so the user can drill down into specific insights by accessing a CloudSuite.
