Objects Overview page toolbar

On the Objects Overview page, you can use the icons in the toolbar for several actions.

This table gives an overview of the icons and their corresponding actions:

Action Icon Description
Search Search Search for text contained in the name of an object. By searching, you are applying a filter to the list of objects in the left pane. The search term is visible in a search box. You can remove a search term by clicking the close icon on the search box.
Filter Filter Filter objects based on the creation user. Click the icon to display a list of users. You can select one or more users. By filtering, you are applying a filter to the list of objects in the left panel. You can remove a filter option by clicking the filter icon and deselect the user or users.
Sort Sort Sort the objects shown in the list view.Only one sorting criterion can be applied at a time. The default sorting is by creation date, newest first, and applies to all objects. These options are available:
  • Newest first

    Sorts the objects according to their last creation date value, starting with the most recently created.

  • Oldest first

    Sorts the objects according to their last creation date value, starting with the object that has the oldest last creation date value.

  • Name A-Z

    Sorts the objects by name in ascending alphabetical order.

  • Name Z-A

    Sorts the objects by name in descending alphabetical order.
Select Select Enter multi-select mode in list of objects in the left panel. You can now select multiple items on the list and apply an action, such as export. Individual item actions are not available in multi-select mode.
Select All Select All Select all items in the list of objects in the left panel. This action is visible only after Select is clicked once.
Delete Delete In multi-select mode, this action becomes enabled after you select one or more objects to be deleted.
