Exporting BPMN models to XML

You can export all BPMN models in a folder or subfolder as .bpmn XML files collected in one archive file, so that you can import these models in another tool that supports the .bpmn format.

In the tree view, select the folder for which you would like to create the export file.
Right-click and select Import/Export > Export BPMN models from the context menu.
A ZIP file with the name “BPMN Models-<folder name>-<language code>” is created in the downloads folder.
The export archive contains all the BPMN models from the selected folder and its subfolders exported as .bpmn files and containing the attribute values for the current user language. The folder structure is kept in the export ZIP file.
To create an export file containing translations for other languages, first change the language in the user settings from the Infor OS Portal, then repeat the Export BPMN models action.

Note: You cannot import this archive in Process Intelligence at the folder level. You can import BPMN models in XML format one by one, using the Import from XML option from the BPMN modeler’s toolbar.
