Configuring Event Level Metrics

Each type of event level metric must be configured according to the available configuration options.

  • Case Count

The Case Count is a metric that calculates the number of cases based on the specified configurations. These are the options on which the count can be based:

    • Process flow – the case count is calculated on a defined process flow.
    • Event – the case count is calculated on the defined events.
    • Attribute – the case count is calculated on the defined attributes.

This table gives an overview of the configuration options for an event level metric type Case Count:

    Count option Field Description
Process Flow Event Select an event from the drop-down list to set it as the first event of the flow. The list is populated with events that are loaded into the database.
