Process Overview page toolbar

On the Process Overview page, you can use the icons in the toolbar for several actions.

This table gives an overview of the icons and their corresponding actions:

Action Icon Description
Search Search Search for text contained in the name of a Process. By searching, you are applying a filter to the tile view. The search term is visible in a tag. You can remove a search term by clicking the close icon on the tag.
Filter Filter Filter Processes based on the creation user. Click the icon to display a list of users. You can select one or more users. By filtering, you are applying a filter to the tile view. The filter option is visible in a tag. You can remove a filter option by clicking the close icon on the tag. You can clear all filters by clicking Clear All.
Sort Sort Sort the Processes shown in the tiles view. Only one sorting criterion can be applied at a time. The default sorting is by creation date, newest first, and applies to all Processes. These options are available:
  • Newest first

    Sorts the Processes according to their last creation date value, starting with the most recently created.

  • Oldest first

    Sorts the Processes according to their last creation date value, starting with the Process that has the oldest last creation date value.

  • Name A-Z

    Sorts the Processes by name in ascending alphabetical order.

  • Name Z-A

    Sorts the Processes by name in descending alphabetical order.

Refresh Refresh Refresh the list of Processes shown in the tiles view. Click the icon to display a loading indicator until the list is refreshed.
Import Import Import one or more Processes from a ZIP file.
Select Select Enter multi-select mode in the tiles view. You can now select multiple tiles and apply an action, such as delete. Individual item actions are not available in multi-select mode.
Select All Select All Select all tiles in the tiles view. This action is visible only after Select is clicked once.
Delete Delete In multi-select mode, this action becomes enabled after you select one or more Process tiles to be deleted.
