Searching process models

You can use the search box on the toolbar of the Processes page to search for keywords contained in BPMN Models or Process Maps in diagram-level attributes or element-level attributes:

1. Type a search term and press Enter to see the search results page. On the search results page, you can see a preliminary list of process models for which the search term is contained in the set of predefined attributes for the initial search. See Initial Attribute Set.
2. On the Filters pane, you can select or unselect attribute names and repeat the search.
3. You can also search for another term by using the search box on this page.

Only process models for which you have view or design permissions are shown in the search results list. Permissions at the folder level are defined in the application settings by an administrator.
