Allocate cases

Based on the type of held license, each tenant has a certain number of cases available for the load. To load data, you must specify how many cases to allocate to each process you want to load. A process cannot be loaded if there are no cases allocated to it.

The allocation of cases is interconnected with the type of purge. Based on the number of allocated cases, the type of purge is applied to purge the cases exceeding the limit.

See Type of purge for more details about the logic.

On the page toolbar, you can view this information:

  • Number of available cases

This number displays the number of cases available for allocation for the entire tenant. If no cases are allocated, this number is equal to the total number of purchased cases. If all cases are allocated, it can be equal to zero. If some cases are allocated, this number is the difference between the total number of purchased cases and the allocated cases.
