Event Level Metrics

Event Level Metrics are used to define custom metrics that can be used in data analysis. These are the types of event level metrics:

• Case Count – calculates the metric based on the count of cases for a flow of events, for included or excluded events, or for specific values of an attribute.
• Cycle Time – calculates the metric based on cycle time between two chosen activities in the event data.
• Event Count – calculates the metric based on the count of one or more activities in the event data.

Event level metrics can be created and edited by clicking the Event Level Metrics icon on the application toolbar. The defined event level metrics can then be used to configure widgets.
