Document Generation

The Document Generation section of the application is displayed if you have a license for process modeling.

To use this feature, you must have the IPI-ModelerAdmin or IPI-ModelerDesigner security role, as well as the IDM-User security role.

Use the Document Generation feature to generate end-user documentation as DOCX or XSLX files for the selected content, based on predefined document templates. The generated documents are stored in Infor Document Management, under the “IPI_Document” IDM document type.

Document Generation only takes into account the latest approved version of a diagram.
