Pipeline results and statistics

After a pipeline request is completed, you can review its result summary and execution statistics.

Pipeline results include calculated measures and downloadable output files, while execution statistics provides insight into processing status, timing, and execution behavior.

Viewing a result summary

  1. On the Infor Population Health Analytics web interface, open the left navigation panel.
  2. Select Result.
  3. On the Summary tab, select a calculate pipeline from the pipeline selection field.
  4. To download the result details in CSV format, click CSV.
  5. To download the result summary in JSON format, click JSON.
  6. To download the result details for a measure, click the download icon on the Measure table.
  7. To view and download the details for a result type:
    1. Select a measure from the Measure table.
    2. Click on a count number or double click the chart from the Result table.
    3. Click CSV.

Viewing a patient FHIR bundle

You can view a patient FHIR bundle in raw JSON format, with an option to copy the extracted patient FHIR bundle.
  1. On the Infor Population Health Analytics web interface, open the left navigation panel.
  2. Select Result.
  3. Select a pipeline.
  4. Click Apply.
  5. In the Result section, click a patient count hyperlink.
  6. Click a patient ID to open the Patient FHIR Bundle Viewer window.
  7. To copy the FHIR bundle content, click the copy icon in the Patient FHIR Bundle Viewer.
  8. To download the FHIR bundle content, click the download icon in the Patient FHIR Bundle Viewer.

Viewing execution statistics

  1. On the Infor Population Health Analytics web interface, open the left navigation panel.
  2. Select Statisticcs.
  3. On the Execution tab, select an indicator.
  4. Choose a pipeline type.
  5. Specify a date range.
  6. Select the Granularity to adjust how results are grouped.
  7. To download a report, click Download.
