Patient group configuration
You can manage and configure patient groups by adding, editing, duplicating, or deleting group records. The interface also allows you to manage group membership and export patient lists.
Adding a patient group
Uploading a CSV file to create a new patient group
The CSV import only creates new groups and doesn't merge or update existing patient groups.
The first column in the CSV file serves as the Patient ID, and the import process removes duplicate entries.
Editing a patient group
- On the Infor Population Health Analytics web interface, open the left navigation panel.
- Select .
- Select a patient group to modify.
- Click .
- Modify the Name and Description of the patient group.
- Click .
Duplicating a patient group
- On the Infor Population Health Analytics web interface, open the left navigation panel.
- Select .
- Select a patient group from the list.
- Click .
- Specify a new Group Id.
- Modify the Name and Description.
- Click .
Deleting a patient group
- On the Infor Population Health Analytics web interface, open the left navigation panel.
- Select .
- Select a patient group.
- Click .
- Specify delete.
- Click .
Showing deleted patient groups
- On the Infor Population Health Analytics web interface, open the left navigation panel.
- Select .
- Click the ellipsis dedicated to the table for patient groups.
- Click .
Restoring a deleted patient group
- On the Infor Population Health Analytics web interface, open the left navigation panel.
- Select .
- To restore a deleted patient group from the Patient Group table:
- Click the ellipsis for the Patient Group table.
- Click .
- Select a deleted patient group.
- Click .
- Click .
- To restore a deleted patient group from the History tab:
- Select an existing patient group to modify.
- Click the History tab.
- Select a deleted patient group.
- Click .

Exporting patient groups
- On the Infor Population Health Analytics web interface, open the left navigation panel.
- Select .
- Click the ellipsis dedicated to the table for patient group.
- Click to download the data in CSV format, or click to download the data in Excel format.
Removing a patient group member
- On the Infor Population Health Analytics web interface, open the left navigation panel.
- Select .
- Select a patient group to modify.
- On the Patients tab, select one or more patient group member.
- Click .
- Specify delete.
- Click .
Exporting patient group members
- On the Infor Population Health Analytics web interface, open the left navigation panel.
- Select .
- Select a patient group.
- On the Patients tab, click the ellipsis.
- Click to download the patient list in CSV format, or click to download the patient list in Excel format.
