Prerequisites

These prerequisites are required to set up an ION API bridge solution:

• An on-premises or single-tenant ION API instance
• A multi-tenant ION API instance
• An API suite to be used as a proxy in the bridge solution
• Users that exist in both a multi-tenant and single-tenant/on-premises instance with at least one user management (IFS) property that matches, for example: the multi-tenant EmailAddress matches the single-tenant/on-premises Identity2 for each user
• ION API Administrator security role
