On the Archived Activities page all archived activities are shown
according to the current filter.
To delete all archived activities from the resulting search range click
Delete All.
To delete one specific archived activity, select the activity to delete and
click Delete.
You cannot delete activities that were created by Workflows or Monitors, to
delete such activities you must delete a parent entity.
After clicking Delete or Delete All, a delete process starts in the
background to remove the requested archived activities. You must refresh the
Archived Activities page to see an updated list of archived activities for the
current filter.
To see the status of the delete action, select ION Desk > Monitors & WorkflowsArchive > Delete Logs.
