Main steps

Before you start this procedure, these prerequisites must be met:

  1. You must have created an Enterprise Connector location.

    See "Creating a Location" in the Infor ION Desk User Guide.

  2. You must have downloaded and installed an Enterprise Connector, linked to this location.

    See "Installing Enterprise Connector" in the Infor ION Desk User Guide.

    Write down the host router (https) port you select here, because you require it later. Default value is 28090.

The procedure to set up an IMS via Enterprise Connector integration consists of these main steps:

  1. Sending messages from the application to ION.
