Data Egress

Data Egress is captured whenever a retrieve is performed via a context app or an IDM client and only when the resource is available. It captures the resource size.

Captures:

• Email attachments (not links)
• Printed documents
• Downloads from the user interface (Client, Context App)

Does not capture:

• Thumbnails
• Download calls from an API
• Email links
