Concurrent user

Mongoose uses a concurrent user licensing model. In this model licenses are shared across a pool of users, which means only a limited number of users can access the system simultaneously. The concurrent user licensing model differs from a named user model, where each license is tied to a specific user regardless of usage frequency.
