Document Management

Infor Document Management (IDM) is an enterprise document management application deployed and integrated within the Infor Operating Service portal.

IDM is a central repository where you can maintain your common business rules for creating documents and where you can view, edit, create, and store the digital files.

It is captured when a Retrieve API is called. For example, retrieve an item, retrieve a resource, retrieve related documents, and so on.

billing.dmg.idm.daf.document-processing Document Processing Captured whenever any operations are performed on the document.

It is called when any operations have been performed on a documents. For example, adding a document(s), updating document(s), or purging document(s), and so on.

billing.dmg.idm.daf.document-search Document Search Captured whenever the search is performed in IDM.

In the user interface, an event is logged each time a user completes a free-text search, uses the query builder, or enters the query manually.

billing.dmg.idm.daf.document-output Document Output Captured whenever a job is submitted (any target - print, email, generate, and so on).

It is called whenever a job is submitted on a document. This is not limited to the target. Targets include: print, email, item, signature.

billing.dmg.idm.daf.data-egress Data Egress Captured whenever a retrieve is performed via a context app or an IDM client and only when the resource is available. It captures the resource size.
Captures:
  • Email attachments (not links)
  • Printed documents
  • Downloads from the user interface (Client, Context App)
Does not capture:
  • Thumbnails
  • Download calls from an API
  • Email links
billing.dmg.idm.daf.storage Storage Captured to store the size of the documents stored in s3.

It is captured when an add/update/purge is performed.
