LTR users can’t access Infor applications after browser upgrade

Infor LTR users may report issues with accessing Infor applications or signing in after upgrading Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.

Infor LTR users may be unable to access Infor applications after upgrading to:

  • Google Chrome version 142 or later
  • Microsoft Edge version 143 or later

After the user signs in to Infor LTR on the upgraded browser, a pop-up window is displayed. The pop-up window contains a request to connect a device to the user's local network. The user has two options:

  • Allow: The page is refreshed, and the user can access Infor applications.
  • Block: The page is refreshed. When an Infor application page is opened, this error message is displayed: The connection is blocked because it was initiated by a public page to connect to devices or servers on your private network. Reload the page to allow the connection. If the user still chooses to block the connection, follow the workaround in KB3645324.
Note: Users may incorrectly report issues with signing in to Infor LTR if they click Block and their landing page is an Infor application page.
