Alert Status widget

You can add an Alert Status widget from the Widget Catalog to your home page.

The widget displays sections with bar charts:

• The first section shows the bar charts with the counter of currently open alerts (New, Unassigned, and Assigned statuses).
• The second section displays the bar charts with the number of generated, completed, and canceled alerts as of a specific time.

These alert statuses are displayed in the widget:

• Now Open – all alerts currently open with these statuses:
  • New
  • Assigned
  • Unassigned
• Total Alerts Generated - all created, now open, canceled or failed, and completed alerts are counted.
• Completed - the number of successfully finished alerts is shown.
• Canceled - canceled or failed alerts are counted.

By default, the Alert Status widget is set to filter on All sources, All Users, All Categories, and Since the beginning.

You can filter the counters by:

• User name
• Source
• Category
• Time period - the Now Open status is not filtered by the time selection

You can select the data refresh interval to be 5 minutes or 1 minute.

The overlay Settings panel shows:

• The specified User Name, by default: All Users.
• The specified Source, by default: All Sources.

The specified Time Period is displayed on the widget interface below the Now Open bar chart, by default: Since the beginning. For more information, see ION statistics widgets.
