Load Balancer changes

See the documentation of your load balancer on how to enable TLS 1.2 for all ports that use HTTPS.

Note: This task applies only for the AWS ELB.

To update the Load Balancer settings:

  1. Access the external load balancer for Infor LTR.
  2. Go to Listeners.
  3. For all HTTPS ports:
    1. Click Change in the Cipher column.
    2. Select ELBSecurityPolicy-TLS from the Predefined Security Policy drop-down.
    3. Click Save.
