ION OneView configuration
Data provided and displayed by ION OneView is mainly coming from these main categories:
- Message-related Data.
This includes message header information, such as:
- Message ID
- Document Name
- Document ID
- Tenant
- Accounting Entity
- Location
- Message content (XML, JSON, DSV document etc).
- Events-related Data: this includes all the events that were logged by all the components that processed the message.
Because Message Header information and Events-related Data is essential for ION OneView, you cannot switch them off. All BODs that are processed by ION, have their header information stored and all the events logged during their processing.
To switch On/OFF the storage of the message content (XML):
- Select
- On the Properties tab check the Document Storage Engine
section. Change the Document Storage
Enabled field if this property is set to False.
You can still search for documents using ION OneView, but you cannot view the message XML content.
