Using the log files

  1. Select Configuration > Logging to start the Logging page.
  2. Find the required log file on the Component tab or Infrastructure tab.
  3. Click the link in the Get Latest column to retrieve the most recent log file. Or click the link in the Get All column to retrieve a zip file containing all log files.
  4. Select the location where to store the file and specify a file name. Depending on the size of the log files downloading can take some time. Note that the default level of all log files is Error. If the detail level of a log file is insufficient then change the log level and retry sending a message.
