. Or double click the active listener. For each active listener these details are displayed:
- Information from the model:
- Name: the name of the listener as specified in the model.
- Logical ID: the logical ID of the listener, which is derived from the name.
- Tenant: the tenant of the listener, which will be either the default tenant or the tenant name as defined in the model.
- URL: the URL to connect to the database that holds the Inbox, as defined in the model.
- User Name: the user name for the connection to the Inbox, as defined in the model.
- Documents: the selected verbs, as defined on the Documents tab in the model
- Status information from the ION Service:
- Last Activated On: the date and time of the last activation of the listener.
- Status: the current status of the listener in the ION Service. The status is OK if the connection to the database that contains the listener's outbox tables is established. If this is not the case, the status is Error. Note that an error status does not always indicate a persistent failure. It can also mean that a connection is temporarily unavailable or the server is busy and it does not respond quickly.
- Statistics from the ION Service on handled and unhandled messages:
- Received: the number of messages that are delivered to the listener since its (first) activation.
- Unprocessed (Unprocessed Messages in Inbox): the number of unprocessed messages in the Inbox.
- Processed (Processed Messages in Inbox): the number of processed messages that still exist in the Inbox. These messages have status 1 and remain in the Inbox until they are cleared.
If the listener is connected to the same database as an active connection point, the counters for the messages in the inbox include the messages for that connection point.
