Adding custom headers

Note: You can define a maximum of three custom headers per object. BODs are grouped by noun in the Data Catalog. Therefore, you can define up to three custom headers for each BOD object within a noun.
  1. Select Data Catalog > Object Schemas.
  2. Select an object from the page and click to view its details.
  3. Click the Configuration tab.
  4. Click Add to add a custom header for the object.
  5. After the new row is added, complete these steps:
    1. BOD only: In the Verb column, select a verb from the drop-down menu to determine to which object the new custom header is added.
      For example, if you add a custom header to Sync.SalesOrder, you must select Sync from the drop-down on the SalesOrder BOD details page.
    2. Click inside the Name column to specify a name for the custom header.
    3. In the Data Type column, select the expected data type for the value of the custom header.
  6. Click Save.
