Unable to connect when configuring a device in the RPA Configuration Manager
Verify that the proper IONAPI file and service account has been downloaded for the RPA Agent. To verify perform these steps:
- Navigate to your tenant portal.
- Click API Gateway > Authorized Apps.
- Search for RPA Agent.
- Click Download Credential.Note: You must toggle on the Create Service Account option when downloading the credential. The user associated with the service account must be assigned to the RPA-ADMIN IFS role.
