Authorize ION API

You must authorize RPA Processes to access ION API application, if required. For example, process with activities such as Call ION API or any OCR activities require access to the ION Application. To authorize the application, perform these steps:

Note: You must follow the same steps to authorize any other application when a customer Oauth provided application is registered in the RPA Management application.
  1. Navigate to RPA Management > Manage > Authorizations.
  2. Click the Authorize action corresponding to the ION API application name on the Applications tab. The Authenticate window is displayed.
  3. Click Yes. The Request for Approval screen is displayed.
  4. Click Allow. The action column now displays the Revoke option corresponding to the ION API.
