Retrieving secret key

Perform these steps to retrieve secret key from Microsoft Authenticator:

  1. Log on to the service that uses Microsoft Authenticator for 2FA.
  2. Navigate to the account settings or security settings page where you have initially set up 2FA.
  3. Search for an option to review or modify your 2FA settings.
    Note: You may require to disable and enable 2FA again to view the secret key or QR code.
