Process not displayed in RPA Assistant

Confirm that the process is shared with you appropriately.

IFS users assigned to the RPA-ADMIN or RPA-PROCESS_ADMIN role, having Administrator privileges for a specific process, can share the process with additional users.

Perform these steps to share a process:

  1. Access RPA Management.
  2. Click Processes.
  3. Click the Details option corresponding to a process version.
  4. Click User.
  5. Click Add to add users with whom you want to share the process.
Note: Process permissions are copied automatically to new versions of the process. However, for the old versions the process permissions are not copied automatically.
