Processes List

Use the Processes page to review the list of RPA flows published for a specific tenant.

To access this page, navigate to Infor OS > RPA Management > Manage > Processes on the navigation bar.

You can review this information:

Process Name
The name of the process.
Process Type
The type of process created. Possible values:
  • Standard: Process can run only in the attended or unattended mode by the components installed on the on-premise device.
  • Agentless: Processes can run in the attended, unattended, or agentless mode.
    Note: This mode is displayed only if the Agentless mode is enabled on the tenant. See,Agentless execution.
Process Version
The version number of the process.
Status
The status of the process.
Admins
The number of RPA administrators who have been assigned permissions to the process. Click the link to review the details.
Users
The number of RPA user who have been assigned permissions to the process. Click the link to review the details.

You can also use this page to:

  • Review the previous or the draft version of a process, using the expand option corresponding to a process.
  • Modify a process, using the arrow option corresponding to a process name.
  • Search a process using the Search option.
  • Refresh the list of displayed process.
  • Deactivate a process, using the Deactivate option.
    Note: This option is available to users assigned to the RPA-Admin role. This option is enabled only when a process is selected to be deactivated.
  • Activate a process, using the Activate option.
    Note: This option is available to users assigned to the RPA-Admin role. This option is enabled only when a process is selected to be activated.
  • Revoke Permission from a process, using the Revoke Permission option.
    Note: This option is available to users assigned to the RPA-Admin role. This option is enabled only when a process is selected from which permissions must be revoked.
  • Review specific data, using the Filter option.
