Error in browser during authorization

This issue is encountered when a tenant uses Azure identity provider or some other provider when logging on to the RPA Assistant.

Tenant Administrators with elevated permissions for IFS must perform these steps:

  1. Navigate to IFS.
  2. Click Security > Security Administration > Authentication URL Options > Check ‘Allow users to choose the authentication mode’.
  3. Click Save.
  4. Right click user profile in RPA Assistant.
  5. Click Settings > Toggle on ‘Enable authentication modes’.
  6. Click the Back option and reauthorize. This action mandates the RPA Assistant to include the ‘AuthMode=Prompt’ query parameter when opening the browser authorization.
  7. Click ‘Cloud Identities’ and login with the IFS user account when authorizing.
