Error in browser during authorization
This issue is encountered when a tenant uses Azure identity provider or some other provider for logging on to the RPA Assistant.
Users assigned to the Tenant Administrators and having elevated permissions for IFS must perform these steps:
- Navigate to IFS.
- Click .
- Click .
- Right click user profile in RPA Assistant.
- Click .
- Click the option and reauthorize. This action mandates the RPA Assistant to include the ‘AuthMode=Prompt’ query parameter when opening the browser authorization.
- Click ‘Cloud Identities’ and log on with the IFS user account when authorizing.
