Unable to run a process

Error message related to Mastermind is displayed.

This issue is encountered in these scenarios:
  • User arguments are missing.

    To add user arguments, perform these steps:

    1. Navigate to RPA Management.
    2. Click Processes
    3. Locate the process version to run.
    4. Click the details option.
    5. Click the Your Arguments option and add a value for the missing argument.
  • User has not authorized RPA to access IONAPI in the Authorization menu.

    To authorize RPA, perform these steps:

    1. Navigate to the RPA Management application.
    2. Click Authorization.
    3. Click ‘Authorize’ for IONAPI

You can review the Assistant logs (C:\ProgramData\Infor\RPA\Assistant\Logs) for a detailed error message.
