Unable to log on to RPA Studio

This issue is encountered when an invalid ionapi file or a corrupted file is selected to log on to the RPA studio application.

To avoid this issue you must download the correct ionapi file from your tenant through an authorized application. You can then log on to the RPA Studio application for the required tenant using the valid ionapi file.
