Setting two factor authentication for Infor tenants

If the two factor authentication (TOTP) is enabled for your Infor tenant, you can use the Get Microsoft OTP Code activity to generate the One Time Password (OTP) code. The OTP code is used when the RPA Agent executes the login into your specific tenants.

To configure the Get Microsoft OTP code activity:

1. Add the MFA Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) device for your user in the tenant.
2. Select the can’t scan it option in the QR code field. The secret key for your device is displayed. You can use this secret key to generate the OTP code. This OTP code is used to configure the GET Microsoft OTP activity.
3. Continue to register the device by scanning the QR code.
