Creating an external entity

  1. Click the Profile icon to access the user menu.
  2. Click External Entity Management. The External Entities page is displayed.
  3. Click the + Add tile.
  4. Click + Create External Entity without a profile.
  5. Specify the entity code, entity name, and description.
  6. Optionally, you can manage these settings:
    • Status
    • Max Number of External Users
    • Application Redirect URL
    • From Email Address
    • Terms of Use URL
    • Contact Us URL
    • Policy URL
    • Registration Email Template
    • Confirmation Email Template
    • Account Locked Email Template
    • Forgot Password Email Template
    • MFA Email Template
    • Self-Registration Verification Code Email Template
    • Change Email Logo
    • Change Login Page Logo
    • Adding External Authorized Components and Applications
    • MFA Settings
    • Globalization
    • Sign In Providers

      To add social providers, select Settings > Social provider in the navigation pane.

  7. Click Save.
