Admin long running actions
As an administrator, you can use the Admin Long Running Actions option to view and
monitor the progress of long-running actions that you initiate within Infor OS Portal or Infor Ming.le.
You can view only actions that you initiated. Actions initiated by other administrators are not displayed. The Admin Long Running Actions option is available only to administrators with these security roles:
- IFS- ExternalEntity Admin
- Infor-SystemAdministrator
You can view these types of actions on the Admin Long Running Actions page:
- Import Users to an External Entity
- Export All Users in an External Entity
- Export External Entity details
On the Admin Long Running Actions page, these details are displayed for each action:
- Action title and description
- Action status: Initiated, in progress, completed successfully, completed in error
- Date and time: Date and time of when an action is started
- Date and time: Date and time of when an action is completed
- Link to download an input
- Link to download results
