Email authentication

If MFA has been enabled and enforced by the tenant administrator or if MFA is enabled and an MFA device is registered:

  1. Log into Infor OS Portal or Infor Ming.le with your user name and password.
  2. Select your email of choice to be configured for MFA. An MFA email is sent with a one-time password.
  3. Enter the one-time password that you received in the email.
  4. Click Sign In.
