Working with external entity user information and settings

As an external entity administrator, you access the settings in this chapter when you click External Entities Management from the Infor OS Portal or Infor Ming.le user menu, click External Entities from the left navigation pane, and select the Users circle on an external entity.

As an external entity administrator, you are permitted to manage only those users for the external entity in which they are registered.

When you sign into Infor OS Portal or Infor Ming.le and select External Entity Management in the user menu, you can begin managing the users registered in the external entity .The sections that follow describe how you can manage your external entity users.

This table describes the functionality of each menu option.

Edit security roles for users

  • Assign to all existing users

  • Assign individual users to security roles

  • View and configure federated security settings, including federated single sign-on using SAML
  • Add a federated security
  • Delete a federated security
