Assigning security roles to users

Use the Security Roles tab to add or remove existing security roles to or from a user.

It is the responsibility of the tenant administrator to associate security roles and applications with an external entity. External entity administrators can access only the security roles that the tenant administrators assign to the external entity.

When editing security roles, administrators have the options to assign security roles to specific users, assign a security role to all existing users, and assign security roles to all new users.
