Workflow Status widget

You can add the Workflow Status widget from the Widget Catalog to your home page.

This widget provides an overview of all started, now open, stopped, and completed workflows as of a specific time. It displays the statistics on the completion lead time for the workflow at the bottom of the widget.

These workflow statuses are displayed in the widget:

• Started - all created, canceled or failed, and completed workflows are counted.
• Now Open - only workflows with an open now status are counted.
• Stopped - canceled or failed workflows are counted.
• Completed - the number of successfully finished workflows are shown.

The statistics counter on the completion lead time relates to workflows that were completed since the specified time or to those that were started and completed since the specified time. The statistics counter shows the minimum, average, and maximum time to complete a workflow.

By default, the Workflow Status widget is set to filter on All Workflows , All Users, and Since the beginning.

You can filter the counters by:

• User name
• Workflow name
• Time period

You can select the data refresh interval to be 5 minutes or 1 minute.

The overlay Settings panel shows:

• The specified Workflow Name, by default: All Workflows.
• The specified Time Period, by default: Since the beginning. For more information, see ION statistics widgets.
