Internet Explorer

To enable the use of TLS 1.2 in Internet Explorer:

  1. Open Internet Explorer.
  2. Click the Tools option and select Internet options.
  3. On the popup, go to the Advanced tab.
  4. Find the Security category in the list and select the Use TLS 1.2 check box. If TLS 1.0 or TLS 1.1 is enabled, it must be disabled.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Close the browser and restart Internet Explorer.
